​Carbon Fee and Dividend 

Cheap dirty energy prices have fueled the world’s addiction to our carbon- polluting way of life. Many business and fossil fuel executives, economists, citizen groups and politicians are urging implementation of a revenue neutral fee or tax on fossil fuel emissions. Profits from the fee would be rebated to American households to offset higher prices for their energy expenditures.
